Migrate FEC, ESDHC, NFC and USB to driver model.
While at it also do no longer enable optional I2C clock in board file as
the generic clock code now handles this. Note for space reason and as
it is not required just for booting we do not enable I2C in U-Boot by
default.

While commit 3e020f03e9 ("driver: misc: add MXC_OCOTP Kconfig entry")
introduced a Kconfig entry it did not actually migrate all
configurations to using it.
As CONFIG_MXC_OCOTP was in mx{6/7}_common.h enable it by default on
those architectures. Additionally, also enable it on ARCH_IMX8M and
ARCH_VF610 where all current members enabled it through their legacy
configuration header files.

The pcm052.dts has been renamed to vf610-pcm052.dts as well.
Moreover, a new vf610-pcm052.drsi file has been introduced

Add support of trusted boot, using TF-A as first stage bootloader,
The boot sequence is

The TF-A monitor provides secure monitor with support of SMC
- proprietary to manage secure devices (BSEC for example)
- PSCI for power
The same device tree is used for STMicroelectronics boards with
basic boot and with trusted boot.

The ISW_ENTRY_ADDR Kconfig option under mach-omap2 isn't a SoC specific
notion but rather "where is our previous stage loaded in memory?"
option. Make use of this on ARCH_KEYSTONE rather than SPL_TEXT_BASE for
our HS builds that are not using SPL anyhow.

With the memory mapping giving us some more avialable RAM, this
updates the da850-evm-u-boot.dtsi to include the serial port, SPI
and Flash nodes along with some dependent nodes in the SPL dtb.
This also removes the platform data initialization code for the
serial port and SPI Flash.

This patch update the behavior introduced by
commit 96907c0fe5 ("dm: spi: Read default speed and mode values from DT")
In case of DT boot, don't read default speed and mode for SPI from
CONFIG_* but instead read from DT node. This will make sure that boards
with multiple SPI/QSPI controllers can be probed at different
bus frequencies and SPI modes.
Remove also use in boards of the value speed=0 (no more supported)
for ENV in SPI by using CONFIG_ENV_SPI_MAX_HZ=0.
DT values will be always used when available (full DM support of
SPI slave with available DT node) even if speed and mode are requested;
for example in splash screen support (in splash_sf_read_raw)
or in SPL boot (in spl_spi_load_image).
The caller of spi_get_bus_and_cs() no more need to force speed=0.
But the current behavior don't change if the SPI slave is not
present (device with generic driver is created automatically)
or if platdata is used (CONFIG_OF_PLATDATA).

The DB-XC3-24G4XG is a switch development board from Marvell. It can
either use and external CPU card such as the db-88f6820-amc or the
internal CPU that is integrated into the switch.
Add support for running U-Boot on the internal CPU and enable the USB,
SPI and NAND peripherals. For now this needs the bin_hdr from the
Marvell U-Boot for this board.

Enable the hardware watchdog to guard against system lock ups when
running in the SPL or U-Boot. Stop the watchdog just before booting so
that the OS can re-enable it if needed.

The Amlogic SoCs have a registers containing the die revision
and packaging type to determine the SoC family and package marketing
name like S905X for the GXL SoC Family.
This code is taken from the Linux meson-gx-socinfo driver and adapted

Most of the boards we support with H3/H5 enable DRAM on-die termination,
which is consistent with the high DRAM clocks that are used.
Make it the default (like it's done for other similar platforms) instead
of defining it in each defconfig.

Most H3/H5 boards we support have the DRAM ZQ value set to 3881979,
which is also consistent with the default set for the R40.
Make this value the default on H3/H5 instead of 123.

The Pine64-LTS defconfig is missing the CONFIG_USB_OHCI_HCD symbol, as
this was added during the same time as this defconfig was merged.
USB 1.x devices like USB keyboards don't work due to this.
Add the symbol to the defconfig as all the other boards do.

Enable LZO compression of the multi-DTB fitImages, since the U-Boot
with multiple DTs enabled is becoming quite large and the DTs can
be well compressed. The LZO compression saves almost 200 kiB on the
Salvator-X(S) and ULCB targets.

This patch removes the CONFIG_AT91_HW_WDT_TIMEOUT as its not needed any
more. The WD timeout value can be provided via the "timeout-sec" DT
property. If not provided this way, the default value of 2 seconds will
be used.

SRAM address used for bootcount on exiting code is erasing
previous count value when system reset from Linux. So use
the dedicated imx6 scratch register, GPR2 to preserve the
contents even if the system reset from Linux.

SPL on Engicam i.Core M6 boards enabled DM, so it would require some
malloc() pool before relocation in order to load U-Boot proper properly.
So, enable SPL malloc() pool of 0x2000 size similarly like what we have
used for icore mmc defconfigs.

With UUID support, the root can now point to UUID. This makes
swiching between mmc 0 and mmc 1 easier by simplying changing
mmcdev between 0 and 1. From there, the scripts handle the rest.

This is last minute change which fixes problems in runtime on
AXS10x board caused by some changes in NAND framework and
tiny documentation improvement.
Anyways NAND flash storage was never really used on the board for various
reasons and now we decided to drop it for good.
Note this change only touches 1 ARC board so that should be safe for others.

On AXS10x boards we have non-standard NAND controller
which was never really used a lot as there're other much more
convenient [as they are standard & removable] persistent media
like SD-card and USB mass storage.
Moreover after recent changes we face with some NAND controller
runtime issues. So instead of keeping support of yet another
non-standard peripheral we're dropping its support for good.

This patch mostly enables DM drivers in board defconfig and all their
dependencies. Additionally we remove USB code that is on longer
executed after enabling CONFIG_DM_USB. Enable CONFIG_PINCTRL, so we
can get rid of ethernet pin configuration.

Convert to use DM_PMIC for the PFUZE3000. Since this PMIC is
under an I2C bus, conver to DM_I2C as well.
Also, since I2C is not used in SPL, remove CONFIG_SPL_I2C_SUPPORT

The Ethernet controller is not able to initialise correctly without the
pinctrl driver.
This config setting was enabled in the initial version of this file,
but was removed by a savedefconfig resync because the parameter did not
actually exist at that point.

SPL_GENERATE_ATMEL_PMECC_HEADER will generate a header for the SPL for NAND
information. The initial stage 1 bootloader will use this header in case the
NAND flash doesn't support commands to retrieve sector size, etc.
However this header is bad for different boot media, like MMC or SPI.
In case SD_BOOT or SPI_BOOT is used, remove the config for this.

This patch adds SiFive FU540 board support. For now, only
SiFive serial, SiFive PRCI, and Cadance MACB drivers are
only enabled. The SiFive FU540 defconfig by default builds
U-Boot for S-Mode because U-Boot on SiFive FU540 will run
in S-Mode as payload of BBL or OpenSBI.

I also moved the description in README to the Kconfig help.
I ripped off the sentence about 'LWMON' since it is gone already.

Albeit the big changeset, changes are pretty limited to x86 only and a
few new sound drivers used by x86 so I think it would be good to have
this in the next release.
Migrate TEGRA_KEYBOARD from headers to Kconfig, only the seaboard uses it but we
drop CONFIG_KEYBOARD as the driver doesn't use the legacy drv_keyboard_init.

At present link does not boot since it has outgrown its pre-relocation
