We move all instances of CONFIG_MTDIDS_DEFAULT and
CONFIG_MTDPARTS_DEFAULT from the header files to the defconfig files.
There's a few cases here where we need to expand upon what was in the
header file.

On Vybrid SoCs U-Boot gets loaded into GFX SRAM which is 512KiB.
Currently 32KiB is reserved for the IMX header. However, this is
not reflected in the size limit. In v2017.11-rc2 the actual size
limit (512KiB-32KiB) has been reached for Colibri VF61, which
lead to a successful build of U-Boot but not a working binary.
The IMX header is much smaller than 32KiB, typically around 1KiB.
Decrease the reserved size to 4KiB and specify the correct U-Boot
size limit. Apply this new base address and limit for all Vybrid
based boards.

This commit removes definitions of CONFIG_SYS_BARGSIZE defined to be
equal to CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE in numerous configuration files.
We remove such definitions in two situations:
- CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE is otherwise not defined in the board
configuration file, which means the default value of
CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE == 256 applies. In this case, the default value
of CONFIG_SYS_BARGSIZE == 512 (common/image.c) is suitable, as it is
larger.
- CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE is defined in the board configuration file, but
to a value equal or less than 512. In this case, the default value
of CONFIG_SYS_BARGSIZE == 512 (common.image.c) is suitable, as it
is equal or larger.

The above CONFIG options are in Kconfig, and now have correct depends and
inter-dependencies. Migrate these to configs/ from include/configs/. In the
case of CMD_UBIFS also change it to be a default y if CMD_UBI.

With d53ecad92f some unused interrupt related code was removed.
However all of these options are currently unused. Rather than migrate
some of these options to Kconfig we just remove the code in question.
The only related code changes here are that in some cases we use
CONFIG_STACKSIZE in non-IRQ related context. In these cases we rename
and move the value local to the code in question.

We repeated partial moves for CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH, but this is
not completed. Finish this work by the tool.
During this move, let's rename it to CONFIG_MTD_NOR_FLASH.
Actually, we have more instances of "#ifndef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH"
than those of "#ifdef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH". Flipping the logic will
make the code more readable. Besides, negative meaning symbols do
not fit in obj-$(CONFIG_...) style Makefiles.

Now, CONFIG_GENERIC_MMC seems equivalent to CONFIG_MMC.
Let's create an entry for "config GENERIC_MMC" with "default MMC",
then convert all macro defines in headers to Kconfig. Almost all
of the defines will go away.
I see only two exceptions:
configs/blanche_defconfig
configs/sandbox_noblk_defconfig
They define CONFIG_GENERIC_MMC, but not CONFIG_MMC. Something
might be wrong with these two boards, so should be checked later.
Anyway, this is the output of the moveconfig tool.

Commit 7a777f6d6f ("mmc: Add generic Kconfig option") created
a Kconfig entry for this option without any actual moves, then
commit 44c798799f ("sunxi: Use Kconfig CONFIG_MMC") moved
instances only for SUNXI.
We generally do not like such partial moves. This kind of work
is automated by tools/moveconfig.py, so it is pretty easy to
complete this move.
I am adding "default ARM || PPC || SANDBOX" (suggested by Tom).
This shortens the configs and will ease new board porting.

This series moves the CONFIG_SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE. First, in nearly all
cases we are mirroring the values used by the Linux Kernel here. Also,
so long as (and in this case, it is true) we implement flushes in hunks
that are no larger than the smallest implementation (and given that we
mirror the Linux Kernel, again we are fine) it is OK to align higher.
The biggest changes here are that we always use 64 bytes for CPU_V7 even
if for example the underlying core is only 32 bytes (this mirrors
Linux). Second, we say ARM64 uses 64 bytes not 128 (as found in the
Linux Kernel) as we do not need multi-platform support (to this degree)
and only the Cavium ThunderX 88xx series has a use for such large
alignment.

For most PPC platforms, they will call the first get_clocks() in
init_sequence_f[] as they define CONFIG_PPC. CONFIG_SYS_FSL_CLK is
then defined to call the second get_clocks(), which should be
redundant for PPC.

We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.
all the boards have been converted except OpenRISC, SuperH, SPARC,
which have not supported Generic Board framework yet.
Select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD in arch/Kconfig and delete all the macro
defines in include/configs/*.h.

Currently, the device tree relocation is disabled, likely to
keep some DDR3 RAM at the end for Cortex-M4 firmwares. This
can be archived using bootm_size, which limits the image
processing range of the boot commands.
Move the device tree standard load address to a higher address
which aligns better with what we are doing on other boards.

The driver assumed that I2C1 and I2C2 were always enabled,
and if they were not, then an asynchronous abort was (silently)
raised, to be caught much later on in the Linux kernel.
Fix this by making I2C1 and I2C2 optional just like I2C3 and I2C4
are.
To make the change binary-invariant, declare I2C1 and I2C2 in
every include/configs/ file which defines CONFIG_SYS_I2C_MXC.
Also, while updating README about CONFIG_SYS_I2C_MXC_I2C1 and
CONFIG_SYS_I2C_MXC_I2C2, add missing descriptions for I2C4 speed
(CONFIG_SYS_MXC_I2C4_SPEED) and slave (CONFIG_SYS_MXC_I2C4_SLAVE)
config options.

Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config
which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in
the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate.
Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs.
A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as
defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry. Those appear to be:

DISPLAY_BOARDINFO

This changes enable ONFI detection. The Read ID command now allows
one address byte which is needed for ONFI detection. To read the
ONFI parameter page, the NAND_CMD_PARAM need to be supported. The
CMD code enables one command and one address byte along with reading
data from flash using R/B#, as specified by ONFI.

Boot from SD-card (and probably also from NAND) was broken since
commit d6d07a9bec ("arm: vf610: add NAND support for vf610twr").
It looks like the increased size of U-Boot lead to a situation
where the boot ROM overwrote its own stack/heap while loading
U-Boot from the SD-card to the SRAM. However, U-Boot worked fine
when loaded through USB serial loader directly into SRAM. It
looks like loading from SD-card uses other stack/heap location
then the serial loader (or maybe no stack or heap at all).
This fix moves U-Boot to gfxRAM, which is 512kB in size and is not
used by the boot ROM nor the SD-card loader of it.

This adds NAND support for the Vybrid tower system (TWR-VF65GS10)
provided by the vf610_nfc driver. Full 16-Bit bus width is
supported. Also an aditional config vf610twr_nand is introduced
which gets the environment from NAND. However, booting U-Boot from
NAND is not yet possible due to missing boot configuration block
(BCB).
