[YoutubeDL] Apply expand_path after output template substitution

os.path.expandvars translates '%%' into '%' making output template invalid.
Before: '%%(ext)s' -(expand path)-> '%(ext)s' -(outtmpl subst.)-> 'mp4'
After: '%%(ext)s' -(outtmpl subst.)-> '%(ext)s' -(expand path)-> '%(ext)s'
