Robert Beckett 41613a7a58 board: ge: bx50v3: add i2c eeprom bootcount storage
Add bootcount node, linking to i2c eeprom "bootcount" partitions for
storage.
Enable i2c eeprom bootcount backend storage.
Enable bootcount command and use it for failbootcmd.
