- move common linux specific defines from include/ubi_uboot.h
to linux/compat.h
- add for new mtd/ubi/ubifs sync new needed linux specific
defines to linux/compat.h

Only the <linux/usb/gadget.h> requires error.h include. Hence, several
includes of error.h at USB gadget functions are not needed.
Moreover unnecessary malloc.h includes were also removed.

'bool' is defined in random places. This patch consolidates them into a
single header file include/linux/types.h, using stdbool.h introduced in C99.
All other #define, typedef and enum are removed. They are all consistent with
true = 1, false = 0.
Replace FALSE, False with false. Replace TRUE, True with true.
Skip *.py, *.php, lib/* files.

Fixes most of checkpatch warnings and errors in USB gadget stack.
The most frequently encountered problems are:
1) "(foo*)", "foo * bar", "foo* bar"
2) C99 // comments
3) No spaces before/after/around '?', ':', '=', '==', ',', '&', '('
4) Spaces before '['
5) Spaces between function names and '('
6) Block braces in wrong places
7) Spaces before tabs
8) Macros with complex values not enclosed in parenthesis
9) Multiline comments start just after /*
