We first introduce CONFIG_USE_BOOTCOMMAND, similar to
CONFIG_USE_BOOTARGS. We then migrate CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND for most
CONFIG_DISTRO_DEFAULT users. In some cases platforms have a complex
scheme around this usage, and these have been defered for the moment so
that platform maintainers can work on a migration plan.

MX6Q/QP IPU operates at 264MHz and MX6DL IPU at 198MHz.
When running a SPL target, which supports multiple MX6 variants we cannot
properly setup the IPU clock frequency via CONFIG_IPUV3_CLK option as
such decision is done in build-time currently.
Remove the CONFIG_IPUV3_CLK option and let the IPU clock frequency be
configured in run-time on mx6.

This syncs all of the currently Kconfig'd symbols out of the headers and
into the defconfig files. This has two exceptions, first am335x_evm
needs to be converted to DM in SPL and then it can stop undef'ing
CONFIG_DM_USB. Leaving this as-is results in a build failure, and
without work, run time failure. The other case is am43xx_evm.h and in
turn am43xx_evm_usbhost_boot. The problem here is that we need DWC3 USB
host mode in SPL, but still desire to have gadget mode in U-Boot proper.

In fact this already exists for sunxi as a 'choice' config. However not
all the choices are available in Kconfig yet so we cannot use that. It
would lead to more than one option being set.
In addition, one purpose of this series is to allow the environment to be
stored in more than one place. So the existing choice is converted to a
normal config allowing each option to be set independently.
There are not many opportunities for Kconfig updates to reduce the size of
this patch. This was tested with
./tools/moveconfig.py -i CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_MMC
And then manual updates. This is because for CHAIN_OF_TRUST boards they
can only have ENV_IS_NOWHERE set, so we enforce that via Kconfig logic
now.

Currently the rootfs location is passed via mmcblk number and the
problem with this approach is that the mmcblk number for the eMMC
changes depending on the kernel version.
In order to avoid such issue, use UUID method to specify the rootfs
location.

The Cubox-i and Hummingboard series of devices have an option of
SATA on board, and depending on how the fuses are blown even the
option to boot SPL from SATA. So enable support for it so it can
be used to boot the OS from if people desire.

The linux/sizes.h, asm/arch/imx-regs.h, asm/imx-common/gpio.h,
config_cmd_default.h includes are used fairly universally across imx6 boards
so include them in mx6_common.h by default.
We define CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH before config_cmd_default.h so that we
don't have to undef CONFIG_CMD_FLASH / CONFIG_CMD_IMLS everywhere.

Starting USB initialization is useful for those who use Cuboxi/Hummingboard
with HDMI and USB keyboard.
However, when booting without a HDMI connection we can skip the usb
initialization, which makes the boot faster.

There are users of Cuboxi and Hummingboard that use these boards without
connecting them to a USB/serial adapter.
Allow such usage by allowing the HDMI port to act as stdout and USB keyboard
as stdin.
The serial console still also works as stdin/stdout.

Add HDMI output using PLL5 as the source for the IPU clocks,
and accurate VESA timings.
These settings are based on the patch from Soeren Moch <smoch@web.de>
submitted for the tbs2910 mx6 based board.
It allows the display to work properly at 1024x768@60.
This should make the hdmi output signal compatible with most if not all
modern displays.
