Add option to set shell prompt string from menuconfig and migrate
boards globally.
The migration is done as follows:
- Boards that explicitly and unconditionally set CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT had the
entry moved to their defconfig files.
- Boards that defined some kind of #ifdef logic which selects the
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT (for example qemu-mips) got an #undef CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT
right before the #ifdef logic and were left alone.
- This change forces CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT to be a per board decision, and thus
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT was removed from all <soc>_common.h and <arch>_common.h
files. This results in a streamlined default value across platforms, and
includes the following files: spear-common, sunxi-common, mv-common,
ti_armv7_common, tegra-common, at91-sama5_common, and zynq-common.
- Boards that relied on <arch/soc>_common.h values of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT were
not updated in their respective defconfig files under the assumption that
since they did not explicitly define a value, they're fine with whatever
the default is.
- On the other hand, boards that relied on a value defined in some
<boards>_common.h file such as woodburn_common, rpi-common,
bur_am335x_common, ls2085a_common, siemens_am33x_common, and
omap3_evm_common, had their values moved to the respective defconfig files.
- The define V_PROMPT was removed, since it is not used anywhere except for
assigning a value for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT.

This moves the config that was defined by 60296a8 (commands: add more
command entries in Kconfig).

CONFIG_CPU_ARM926EJS was introduced into Kconfig by commit 2e07c249a6
(kconfig: arm: introduce symbol for ARM CPUs).
This commit removes all the defines of CONFIG_ARM926EJS and replaces
the only reference in arch/arm/lib/cache.c with CONFIG_CPU_ARM926EJS.

Becuase the board select menu in arch/arm/Kconfig is too big,
move the Nomadik board select menu to nomadik/Kconfig.
Move also common settings (CONFIG_SYS_CPU="arm926ejs" and
CONFIG_SYS_SOC="nomadik").

CONFIG_STACKSIZE is not referenced anywhere except on AVR32, but present
in most ARM board config files.
IRQs are only enabled for 1 config, so remove the unused config options
for IRQ and FIQ stack size as well.

Exactly one board has defined CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 to a value
different than "> " which is vision2. I have Cc'd the maintainer here
as I strongly suspect this is a bug rather than intentional behavior.

We provide a default table of { 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 }
in <config_fallbacks.h> which mkconfig places after <configs/...h> in
the generated config file. This is used when a board has not set its
own table.

This renames BOARD_LATE_INIT to CONFIG_BOARD_LATE_INIT.
Along the way it removes some leftover

and adds some basic documentation for board specific
callbacks in README.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file.
No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.

so enable this feature generally, and delete the

This sets CONFIG_SYS_HZ to 1000 as required, and completely rewrites
timer code, which is now both correct and much smaller. Unused
functions like udelay_masked() have been removed as no driver uses
them, even the ones that are not currently active for this board.
mtu.h is copied literally from the kernel sources.

The evaluation kit has both Nand and OneNand, both drivers are there
and the two configurations only select a different default for the
jffs partition. This adds the OneNand driver and cleans up storage.
