The DM37 and OMAP35 SOM-LV SOM-LV products both support a NOR
flash part connected to CS2 in addition to the NAND part on CS0.
This patch setups the GPMC timings for the MT28 NOR Flash and
enables the CFI-Flash driver now that the CFI stuff is in Kconfig

With there now being four device tree files, and 4 separate
defconfig files, the code necessary to determine which board is
being used is no longer necessary as the corresponding pin-muxing
and board names are determined by the device tree.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

Several boards do not use the default UART3, so they do a check
for ifdef CONFIG_SPL_BUILD and enable the pointer for
CONFIG_SYS_NS16550_COMx to point to OMAP34XX_UARTx.
Let's consoldate this all into one place, and remove them from the
individual boards.

Newer kernels have moved from ttyO0 to ttyS0, and when booting
it drops a notice:
WARNING: Your 'console=ttyO0' has been replaced by 'ttyS0'
This ensures that you still see kernel messages. Please
update your kernel commandline.
This patch updates the console to use ttyS0 and eliminate the
chatter.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

The boot scripts for booting from ramdisk are using
${fdtimage} when they really should be using ${fdtaddr}
This patch will fix it so the RAMdisk bootscripts operate
correctly.

This converts the following to Kconfig:

We have existing entries for this option in a number of places, with
different guards on them. They're also sometimes used for things not
directly inside of the serial driver. First, introduce a new symbol to
guard the use of CONFIG_CONS_INDEX, so that in the case where we don't
need this for the serial driver, but for some other use, we can still do
it. Next, consolidate all of these into the single entry in
drivers/serial/Kconfig. Finally, introduce CONS_INDEX_[023456] so that
we can imply a correct value here to make the defconfig side of this
smaller.

Migrate the option CONFIG_SPL_FRAMEWORK and make this gate most of the
current set of options we have in Kconfig. We will need to have some
options available for SPL and !SPL_FRAMEWORK so this is important. In a
few cases we re-order existing options so that we have less escapes from
the SPL_FRAMEWORK guard.

In mancy cases both CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET and CONFIG_ENV_ADDR point
to an otherwise-unused SMNAND_ENV_OFFSET.
This patch will set both CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET and CONFIG_ENV_ADDR to
whatever value was defined by SMNAND_ENV_OFFSET.

This converts the following to Kconfig:

In fact this already exists for sunxi as a 'choice' config. However not
all the choices are available in Kconfig yet so we cannot use that. It
would lead to more than one option being set.
In addition, one purpose of this series is to allow the environment to be
stored in more than one place. So the existing choice is converted to a
normal config allowing each option to be set independently.
There are not many opportunities for Kconfig updates to reduce the size of
this patch. This was tested with
./tools/moveconfig.py -i CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_MMC
And then manual updates. This is because for CHAIN_OF_TRUST boards they
can only have ENV_IS_NOWHERE set, so we enforce that via Kconfig logic
now.

The symbols CONFIG_OMAP3_GPIO_X control if we enable the clocks for a
given GPIO bank in U-Boot. select the required banks for each target.
In some cases we need to also migrate from CONFIG_USB_EHCI (deprecated,
in include/configs/) to CONFIG_USB_EHCI_HCD as we only require the GPIO
bank to be enabled if USB is also enabled.

This patch also removes all the excessive code for NS16550 intiailization
as the device tree can do that now. This also adds DM_I2C and DM_MMC
since the overlying drivers have the built-in support already. The
corresponding include/config/omap3_logic.h also reduced in size
due to the new device tree support.

Since we're including ti_armv7_common, let's pull in DEFAULT_LINUX_BOOT_ENV
and remove unnecessary duplicative definitions. This patch also renames a
few environmental variables to match what is inside ti_armv7_common. This
should help future-proof any subsequent memory or memory location changes.

The previous partition table did not support a separate device tree
and the kernel size was limited to 4MB. This update shows the
location of the device tree (labeled as spl-os) for those who
want to use Falcon Mode or use U-Boot to store the Flattened
Device Tree (FDT) to NAND without appending it to the kernel.
This also grows the kernel to 6MB since 4MB was becomming tight

The memory map defined in commit ("49c7303f0e52: OMAP3: Enable SPL
on omap3_logic) was used by a copy-paste of another board without
fully understanding how the map works in Falcon mode. This patch
undoes the customization and uses the default SPL Memory Map
for OMAP3.
When building the uImage, set LOADADDR=0x82000000 and Falcon
mode should properly load.
