omap3_logic: Move CONFIG_SYS_NAND_U_BOOT_OFFS to Kconfig

Browse Source 
Manually enable SYS_NAND_U_BOOT_LOCATIONS.
Set CONFIG_SYS_NAND_U_BOOT_OFFS=0x80000 and remove it from header
