Use the 'hdmidetect' command in U-boot to load the appropriate
video arguments. If HDMI is connected during boot then make HDMI
as the primary framebuffer, otherwise let LVDS be the primary framebuffer.

Generate kernel video bootargs for sabresd, based on a list of needed video
interfaces ("video_interfaces" U-Boot env-var). The order of initialization
and video settings can be fully customized.

Some root filesystem configurations do not have separate /boot partition,
but rather place kernel, DT, scripts into /boot directory. Search the /boot
directory for these boot components in case they are not found in /, which
is the old behavior.

There is no real need to exactly define space for saving patterns for
alternate memory test. It is much easier to allocate space on the stack and
use it instead of trying to find out space where pattern should be saved.
For example if you want to test the whole DDR memory you can't save patter
to DDR and you need to find it out. On Xilinx devices DDR or OCM addresses
were chosen but that means that OCM needs to be mapped and U-Boot has
access permission there.
It is easier to remove this limitation and simply save it on stack because
it is very clear that memory test can't rewrite U-Boot and U-Boot has also
full access to memory where runs from.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

Both the distro boot configuration as well as the general pxe support
standardized on fdtfile as the variable to hold the dtb filename.
Adjust to follow that such that e.g. "pxe boot" will just work.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Selecting CONFIG_USB_FUNCTION_MASS_STORAGE=y in the defconfig leads to
the following error:
cmd/built-in.o: In function `do_usb_mass_storage':
cmd/usb_mass_storage.c:217: undefined reference to `fsg_main_thread'
cmd/usb_mass_storage.c:170: undefined reference to `fsg_init'
CONFIG_USB_FUNCTION_MASS_STORAGE option is built only for
the non-SPL case as per the logic in drivers/usb/gadget/Makefile,
so remove the incorrect CONFIG_SPL ifdefery to fix the build
failure.

MX6Q/QP IPU operates at 264MHz and MX6DL IPU at 198MHz.
When running a SPL target, which supports multiple MX6 variants we cannot
properly setup the IPU clock frequency via CONFIG_IPUV3_CLK option as
such decision is done in build-time currently.
Remove the CONFIG_IPUV3_CLK option and let the IPU clock frequency be
configured in run-time on mx6.

This converts the following to Kconfig:

In fact this already exists for sunxi as a 'choice' config. However not
all the choices are available in Kconfig yet so we cannot use that. It
would lead to more than one option being set.
In addition, one purpose of this series is to allow the environment to be
stored in more than one place. So the existing choice is converted to a
normal config allowing each option to be set independently.
There are not many opportunities for Kconfig updates to reduce the size of
this patch. This was tested with
./tools/moveconfig.py -i CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_MMC
And then manual updates. This is because for CHAIN_OF_TRUST boards they
can only have ENV_IS_NOWHERE set, so we enforce that via Kconfig logic
now.

mx6sabre boards can run different kernel versions, such as NXP 4.1 or
mainline.
Currently the rootfs location is passed via mmcblk number and the
problem with this approach is that the mmcblk number for the eMMC
changes depending on the kernel version.
In order to avoid such issue, use UUID method to specify the rootfs
location.
Succesfully tested booting a NXP 4.1 and also a mainline kernel on a
mx6qsabresd and mx6dlsabreauto.

With d53ecad92f some unused interrupt related code was removed.
However all of these options are currently unused. Rather than migrate
some of these options to Kconfig we just remove the code in question.
The only related code changes here are that in some cases we use
CONFIG_STACKSIZE in non-IRQ related context. In these cases we rename
and move the value local to the code in question.

Introduce a hidden USB_FUNCTION_DFU Kconfig option and select it for
CMD_DFU (as we must have the DFU command enabled to do anything DFU).
Make all of the entries in drivers/dfu/Kconfig depend on CMD_DFU and add
options for all of the back end choices that DFU can make use of.

The description was borrowed from kernel. Definitions were added to
defconfig files in a way that "make savedefconfig" generates exactly
the same file as used defconfig.
Boards using 0 mA as CONFIG_USB_GADGET_VBUS_DRAW value were moved to use
2 mA (as minimal allowed by Kconfig).
