Lars Povlsen 26ad3c43a7 mips: ocelot: DT: Enable use of serial gpio
This enables the use of the MSCC serial GPIO driver on the MSCC
VCoreIII 'ocelot' SOC, and add gpio-leds nodes to the pcb123 and
pcb120 DT.
