Nobuhiro Iwamatsu fb6f6001ed arm: rmobile: lager: Add external RAM boot 
If CONFIG_RMOBILE_EXTRAM_BOOT is enabled, U-Boot is booted from External RAM.
The default boot address is 0xB0000000.
