David Wu 4c94aacd62 rockchip: rk322x: Disable integrated macphy for saving power consuming ... Unfortunately, the integrated macphy default is enabled, which will increase power consuming, if we do not use this PHY. So let's disable it at first, which will save power consuming. If we really use it, then enable it in driver level.
