Masahiro Yamada 630d23455b kbuild: refactor more IMX image rules 
This commit avoids generating ./SPL twice.
  - Fist time descending to spl/
  - Second time as a prerequisite of u-boot-with-spl.imx,
    u-boot-with-nand-spl.imx.
