Ang, Chee Hong fd50eac910 ARMv8: Disable fwcall when PSCI is enabled 
When PSCI is enabled, we are expecting U-Boot which now act
as EL3 software will handle all the PSCI calls. We won't need
fwcall as no further HVC or SMC are needed.
