a3b02a1d49 arm: dts: update Meson GXBB / Odroid-C2 DT with recent Linux version 
As a prerequisite for adding a Meson GX MMC driver update the
Meson GXBB / Odroid-C2 device tree in Uboot with the latest
version from Linux.
