Loading the fdt at 0xc00000 fails if the uncompressed kernel image is
greater than 12 MiB, which is quite common with modern kernels and
multiplatform defconfigs. Move fdtaddr to 0x1e00000 which is just under
the ramdiskaddr on most targets.

I2C offset was changed by commit 00f792e0 (added multibus support)
from 0x3100 to 0x3000. This typo leads to error when reading SPD

There are already two FIT options in Kconfig but the CONFIG options are
still in the header files. We need to do a proper move to fix this.
Move these options to Kconfig and tidy up board configuration:

Unfortunately the first one is a little complicated. We need to make sure
this option is not enabled in SPL by this change. Also this option is
enabled automatically in the host builds by defining CONFIG_FIT in the
image.h file. To solve this, add a new IMAGE_USE_FIT #define which can
be used in files that are built on the host but must also build for U-Boot
and SPL.
Note: Masahiro's moveconfig.py script is amazing.

CONFIG_CONSOLE_CURSOR, CONFIG_SYS_CONSOLE_BLINK_COUNT and
CONFIG_CONSOLE_TIME are not used by any board. The implementation is not
great and stands in the way of a refactor of i8042. Drop these for now.
They can be re-introduced quite easily later, perhaps with driver-model
real-time-clock (RTC) support.
When reintroducing, it might be useful to make a few changes:
- Blink time would be more useful than blink count
- The confusing #ifdefs should be avoided
- The time functions should support driver model
- It would be best keyed off console_tstc() or some similar idle loop
rather than a particular input driver (i8042 in this case)

We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.
all the boards have been converted except OpenRISC, SuperH, SPARC,
which have not supported Generic Board framework yet.
Select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD in arch/Kconfig and delete all the macro
defines in include/configs/*.h.

We really don't want boards defining fixed MAC addresses in their config
so we just remove the option to set it in a fixed way. If you must have
a MAC address that was not provisioned, then use the random MAC address
functionality.

The last users of CONFIG_KGDB_SER_INDEX were removed more than 3 years
ago in commits 550650ddd0 and bf16500f79, either kgdb subsystem should
care about this parameter or it should be gone completely.

The definitions for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT are varied with little reason other
than to display the board name. Over half the definitions are "==> ", so
make this the default. The rest of the boards remain unchanged to avoid
breaking any external scripts expecting a certain prompt.

libata already has similar functions as implemented in the ahci code.
Refactor the code to use the libata variants and remove the dependency on
ata.h. Convert some defines to use the version from libata.h. Also, remove
some unnecessary memset's of bss data.
This is a step toward hopefully merging ahci.c and dw_ahsata.c which are
essentially the same driver.

The pci_indirect.c file is always compiled when
CONFIG_PCI is defined although the indirect PCI
bridge support is not needed by every board.
Introduce a new CONFIG_PCI_INDIRECT_BRIDGE
config option and only compile indirect PCI
bridge support if this options is enabled.
Also add the new option into the configuration
files of the boards which needs that.
Compile tested for powerpc, x86, arm and nds32.

Exactly one board has defined CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 to a value
different than "> " which is vision2. I have Cc'd the maintainer here
as I strongly suspect this is a bug rather than intentional behavior.

Introduce the CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_HIGH and CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_LOW
macros, which contain the high and low portions of CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS.
This is necessary for the assembly-language code that relocates CCSR, since
the assembler does not understand 64-bit constants.
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS is automatically defined from the
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_HIGH and CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_LOW macros, so it
should not be defined in a board header file. Similarly,
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT is defined for each SOC in config_mpc85xx.h, so
it should also not be defined in the board header file.
CONFIG_SYS_CCSR_DO_NOT_RELOCATE is a "short-cut" macro that guarantees that
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS is set to the same value as CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT,
and so CCSR will not be relocated.
Since CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT is locked to a fixed value, multi-stage U-Boot
builds (e.g. NAND) are required to relocate CCSR only during the last stage
(i.e. the "real" U-Boot). All other stages should define
CONFIG_SYS_CCSR_DO_NOT_RELOCATE to ensure that CCSR is not relocated.
README is updated with descriptions of all the CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_xxx macros.

CONFIG_SYS_BOOTMAPSZ has been 64M on these boards for some time so we
should also allow the kernel image to be up to 64M decompressed. This
also matches what we pass to the OS based on the ePAPR specification.

Remove duplicated code in MPC8544DS board and utilize the common
fsl_pcie_init_ctrl(). We also now dynamically setup the LAWs for PCI
controllers based on which PCIe controllers are enabled.
We don't use the full fsl_pcie_init_ctrl() since we have to handle PCIE3
specially to setup the additional memory map region and we utilize a
single LAW to cover the controller.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file.
No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.
