f353518ffb tt01: add MMC support 
board_mmc_init() initializes the pins of SDHC1 and
turns on V_MMC1 of the PMIC. Config adds support for EXT2
and FAT.

4d86dd022e mx31: Add board support for HALE TT-01 
This adds basic board support for TT-01 based on
the Bluetechnix i.MX31 SOM. Currently only NOR-Flash
boot is implemented.
