ea818dbbcd i2c, soft-i2c: switch to new multibus/multiadapter support 
- added to soft_i2c driver new multibus/multiadpater support
- adapted all config files, which uses this driver

a6f2e455b7 TQM8272: move NAND part in seperate File 
I didn't try to use drivers/mtd/nand/fsl_upm.c for the NAND driver,
because I have no longer access to the hardware.
