ea707dc0aa net: Use NDRNG device in srand_mac()
When calling srand_mac we use a weak seed dependent on the
mac address. If present, use a RNG device instead to incerase entropy.

b044cc1dee net: Get mac address from driver as seed
Previously seeded by obtaining mac addr from env. If mac addr was
never set, rand would output 0. This fix obtains the mac addr
from driver instead.

99e139d590 net: use common rand()/srand() functions
Replace rand() with the functions from lib/. The link-local network code
stores its own seed, derived from the MAC address. Thus making it
independent from calls to srand() in other modules.

eafc8db0e3 net: Move MAC-seeded rand out of bootp.c
Make the MAC-seeded random number generator available to /net in
general. MAC-seeded rand will be needed by link-local as well, so
give it an interface.
