Espressobin had disabled watchdog support (CONFIG_WDT) because older stable
Linux kernel versions (which are used by current stable OpenWRT and Debian
versions) do not have support for Armada 3700 watchdog driver. Therefore
they are not able to periodically kick watchdog so Espressobin enter into
boot loop.
This change enable CONFIG_WDT, CONFIG_WDT_ARMADA_37XX and CONFIG_CMD_WDT
options which add support for U-Boot 'wdt' command. And unset new
CONFIG_WATCHDOG_AUTOSTART option which cause that watchdog is not
automatically started by U-Boot during init phase, like when CONFIG_WDT
option is not set at all.
So with this change, U-Boot on Espressobin would have working 'wdt' command
which can be used from boot scripts (e.g. for enabling watchdog prior new
Linux booting kernel). But default behavior of watchdog status stays
unchanged, U-Boot does not start watchdog on Espressobin during its init
phase.

While the SPI controller speed is defined by DTS, the maximum
slave speed (connected devices) is limited by the pre-defined
configuration value CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_SPEED to 1MHz
This patch increases this maximum SPI slave device speed to 40MHz

Due to different partition layouts in different U-Boot versions, DTS for
Espressobin in Linux does not contain any definition of MTD partitions.
See commit https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/00954566464a4 for more details.
This patch via ft_board_setup() hook fills current partition layout used by
U-Boot, so booted kernel would see correct MTD partitions layout.
U-Boot env partition is calculated from CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET option.
First partition contains secure firmware, ARM trusted firmware and U-Boot
with checksums. So it is not possible to replace just one image (e.g.
U-Boot) without updating other parts where is stored checksum of U-Boot.
Therefore there is no extra partition defined for U-Boot and first
partition is called just 'firmware'.

Espressobin board comes with Marvell's U-Boot version where U-Boot env is
stored in SPI at offset 0x3F0000. This patch changes env offset in
Espressobin defconfig file to match Marvell's U-Boot version.
Users who want to use previous or different env offset can still change it
in .config file when compiling U-Boot.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

determine if we need to relocate the env_addr within gd or not. In
order to facilitate migration of other symbols to Kconfig we need to
introduce a new symbol for this particular use case.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

This patch enables the new ahci mvebu driver for marvell arm64 platform
SOCs(A3k and A8k). And since AHCI_MVEBU selects SCSI_AHCI, so

Since now we have driver for clocks on Armada 37xx, use it to determine
SQF clock frequency for the SPI driver.
Also change the default config files for Armada 37xx devices so that
the clock driver is enabled by default, otherwise the SPI driver cannot
be enabled.

On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current
values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers.
I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave
that to maintainers.

cmd/Makefile has:
ifdef CONFIG_FPGA
obj-$(CONFIG_CMD_FPGA) += fpga.o
endif
which means that if CONFIG_FPGA is not set, CONFIG_CMD_FPGA silently
does nothing. Let's remove that Makefile conditional and instead express
this equivalent dependency in Kconfig, so a lot of redundant
# CONFIG_CMD_FPGA is not set
can be removed from board defconfigs that don't actually have an FPGA.
