Simon Glass	c19d13b030	arm: Refactor bootm to reduce #ifdefs ... With fewer #ifdefs the code is more readable and more of the code is compiled for all boards. Simon Schwarz	0a672d494d	arm: Add Prep subcommand support to bootm ... Adds prep subcommand to bootm implementation of ARM. When bootm is called with the subcommand prep the function stops right after ATAGS creation and before announce_and_cleanup.
