25f9613fcf arm: rmobile: alt: Add support SDHI 
Alt board has two SDHI port.
This adds GPIO configuration and initialization function of SDHI, and
enables MMC command.

fafcfc5a98 arm: rmobile: Add support R8A7794 
Renesas R8A7794 is CPU with Cortex-A15. This supports the basic register
definition and GPIO and framework of PFC.
