Now that these symbols are in Kconfig, migrate all users. Use imply on
a number of platforms that default to having this enabled. As part of
this we must migrate some straglers for CMD_FAT and DOS_PARTITION.

This removes the default environment from the socrates headers
and instead uses the common environment provided in
socfpga_common.h which now uses distro boot.
Change default devicetree name to match devicetree name in
upstream kernel source.

We repeated partial moves for CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH, but this is
not completed. Finish this work by the tool.
During this move, let's rename it to CONFIG_MTD_NOR_FLASH.
Actually, we have more instances of "#ifndef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH"
than those of "#ifdef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH". Flipping the logic will
make the code more readable. Besides, negative meaning symbols do
not fit in obj-$(CONFIG_...) style Makefiles.

[1] Edit "default n" to "default y" in the config entry in
common/Kconfig.

This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

We already have the CONFIG_SYS_BOARD variable, which defines the name
of the board. The value in CONFIG_HOSTNAME is exactly the same and is
thus just a duplicity, so switch it to reuse CONFIG_SYS_BOARD .

This patch adds the necessary OF alias for the UDC node, which let's
the code locate the DWC2 UDC base address in OF instead of hard-coding
it into the U-Boot binary. The code is adjusted to use the address from
OF instead of the hard-coded one. Finally, the hard-coded address is
removed and USB DM support is enabled.

This board was constantly parasiting on the CV SoCDK, so split it
into it's own separate directory. Moreover, the board config was
missing important bits, like simple-bus support in SPL, the DRAM
configuration was incorrect and the DTS was also missing the pre
reloc bits.
