c6d32dfd99 km: update the boot script to check for a DTB
If a DTB is found with cramfsls, the bootscript continues as expected.
If none is found, the cramfsloadfdt and boot subbootcmds are updated to
not load the DTB from cramfs and not pass it to the kernel. The kernel
thus must have an appended DTB otherwise the boot will fail.

This is required for the km_kirkwood boards that must support .esw where
the DTB sometimes is appended (for backwards compatibility) and sometimes
is passed correctly (as we do now for all newer boards).

b1c2a7ae32 arm/km: define fdt_high env variable and allow backwards compatibility
Add set_fdthigh subcommand to "subbootcmds" (release) so to set "fdt_high"
This is necessary on Kirkwood so that the FDT does not get relocated
above the memory limit that the kernel cannot access
(that is the memory part reserved for the switch).
This was tested on NUSA1, where it is necessary, and on ETER1, where it
doesn't seem to hurt.

We want the scripts to also work with older versions of u-boot, where:
a) set_fdthigh is not defined (will be default env for newer u-boots)
b) the fdt will not be available

For this reason, we use "set_fdthigh" to tell whether we are running
a newer (FDT-aware) u-boot or not.
So if "set_fdthigh" runs successfully or arch != arm we try loading
the fdt; otherwise we proceed normally.

Notice how, contrary to release mode, set_fdthigh will _not_ be part of
subbootcmds for develop and ramfs, but will be executed as part of
"tftpfdt".

Since this is only needed for kirkwood cards, and it prevents the kernel
from booting on QorIQ (though it seemed to work on ETER1), we change
its definition in the default env for powerpc so that the value is only
set on ARM.

7b2268b88f arm/km: enable FDT for km_kirwkood
This consists of:
a) Defining the addresses, enabling fdtsupport [arm]
b) Defining "cramfsloadfdt"  [arm,powerpc => common]
c) Adding the FDT address to bootm [arm, powerpc => common]
d) Defining "tftpfdt" in ramfs-,develop- [arm,powerpc >= common]

This should work with 3.10 kernels, whether loaded through TFTP
(with rootfs either through NFS or TFTP-ramfs) or from the NAND.

The machid was left unchanged, this should keep compatibility with both
older and newer kernels.

cf7707a1df KM: add the KM_UBI_PART_BOOT_OPTS #define
This define can be used if the ubi boot partition (defined for all
Keymile boards with KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_BOOT #define to ubi0) needs
some additionnal boot options.

This is the case for the kmp204x boards since u-boot does not support
NAND Flash subpage accesses on this platform, an additionnal argument
that defines the VID offstet must be given to the kernel.

The UBI cmd line option now looks like this "ubi.mtd=ubi0,2048" on this

0a4f88b98c KM: define CONFIG_SYS_I2C_INIT_BOARD only for concerned board

cf73639d32 km/common: add support for second flash
Add support for a second flash.
By default, a single flash chip is set up:
- called 'boot'
- mtd name for ubi 'ubi0'
MTDIDS and MTDPARTS may be overwritten to add a second flash.
The 'ubiattach' command is featured in two versions:
- if CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_APP is not defined:
this is the version as up to now
- if CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_APP is defined:
a check on 'actual_bank' will be done to determine the flash to boot
  from.

Use CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_BOOT and
CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_APP to define where to put the bootloader
and the applications.

Example:
In the board config do:
... snip ...

       "boot:" \
               "768k(u-boot)," \
               "128k(env)," \
               "128k(envred)," \
               "-(" CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_BOOT ");" \
       "app:" \
               "-(" CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_APP ");"

... snap ...

You may also need to enable the second flash:
... snip ...
/* additional featured for COGE5 */
... snap ...

92c91080e4 km/common: implement boardId HWkey checks as u-boot cmd
BoardId and HWKey are used to identify the HW class of a given board.
The correct values are stored in the inventory eeprom. During creation
time of a boot package the boardId and HWkey for the SW is stored in
the default environment and burned into the flash. During boottime
the values in the inventory and in the environment are compared to
avoid starting of a SW which is not authorized for this board.

Some bootpackages are allowed to run on a set of different boardId
hwKey. In this case the environment variable boardIdListHex was added
to the default environment. In this case the command iterates over the
pair values and compares them with the values read from the inventory
eeprom.

The syntax of such a boardIdListHex value is e.g.: 158_1 159_1 159_2
