This consolidates the flash settings for the Integrator
and activates the new ARM flash image support for them
so images can be loaded by name from flash.

Turn on generic board for the integrators, as per the request in
the startup message. Everything just works, tested on the
Integrator/AP and Integrator/CP.

This enables the device tree library on the Integrator platforms
so we can pass a device tree when booting.

The configuration that is common for all Integrator boards may
just as well be stored in a common include file as per pattern
from other boards. This eases maintenance quite a bit.
