abb4e42b75 x86: apl: Add support for hostbridge ACPI generation 
Support generating a DMAR table and add a few helper routines as well.
Also set up NHLT so that audio works.

e5fb75c9ba x86: apl: Add hostbridge driver 
This driver models the hostbridge as a northbridge. It simply sets up the
graphics BAR. It supports of-platdata.
