Masahiro Yamada	252ed8729d	kconfig: remove meaningless prefixes in defconfig files ... Since commit e02ee2548a (kconfig: switch to single .config configuration), the prefixes in defconfig files such as "+S:", "+ST:", etc., are meaningless.
