Add instructions for flashing boot images to the eMMC with a
layout of the address where each image needs to be flashed.
Also add instructions to flash filesystem partition in user
partition and boot kernel from the rootfs.

Add initial support for AM654 based EVM running on A53. Enable
4GB of DDR available on the EVM so that kernel DTB file
can be updated accordingly.
