Simon Glass	018f530323	env: Rename common functions related to setenv() ... We are now using an env_ prefix for environment functions. Rename these commonly used functions, for consistency. Simon Glass	2e192b245e	Remove the cmd_ prefix from command files ... Now that they are in their own directory, we can remove this prefix. This makes it easier to find a file since the prefix does not get in the way.
