Implement support for CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI into mpc85xx serial driver.
This driver was so far only usable directly, but this patch also adds
support for the multi method. This allows using more than one serial
driver alongside the mpc85xx driver. Also, add a weak implementation
of default_serial_console() returning this driver.

As discussed on the list, move "arch/ppc" to "arch/powerpc" to
better match the Linux directory structure.
Please note that this patch also changes the "ppc" target in
MAKEALL to "powerpc" to match this new infrastructure. But "ppc"
is kept as an alias for now, to not break compatibility with
scripts using this name.
