83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

de4e4edaff usb: gadget: g_dnl: Sync internal SN variable with env
Since commit 842778a091 ("usb: gadget: g_dnl: only set iSerialNumber
if we have a serial#") "fastboot devices" stopped to show correct device
serial number for TI boards, showing this line instead:

    ????????????	fastboot

This is because serial# env variable could be set after g_dnl gadget was
initialized (e.g. by using env_set() in the board file).

To fix this, let's update internal serial number variable (g_dnl_serial)
when "serial#" env var is changed.

2a0583e3e8 usb: gadget: Call g_dnl_bind_fixup() before testing g_dnl_serial length
After the commit SHA1: 842778a091 - the serial number descriptor is only
visible when we have non zero length of g_dnl_serial.

However, on some platforms (e.g. Siemens) the serial number is set at
g_dnl_bind_fixup(), so with the current code we will always omit the
serial (since it is not set).

This commit moves the g_dnl_bind_fixup() call before the g_dnl_serial
length test.

949bf79e73 usb: gadget: g_dnl: fix g_dnl_set_serialnumber()
instead of only copying if strlen(s) is less than 32 characters, let's
just copy at most 31 characters regardless of the size of

serial# environment variable is set to anything.

Note that without a proper serial number, USB Command Verifier fails

44bfb43f9a usb: gadget: don't leak configs when unbinding
By the time g_dnl_unbind() is run, cdev->config has been set to NULL,
so the free() there does nothing, and the config struct is leaked.
Equally, struct usb_gadget contains a linked list of config structs, so
the code should iterate over them all and free each one, rather than
freeing one particular config struct.

composite_unbind() already iterates over the list of config structs, and
unlinks each from the linked list. Fix this loop to free() each struct as
it's unlinked and otherwise forgotten.

25fbf96b24 USB: gadget: save driver name before registering it
g_dnl_register() currently first attempts to register a composite
driver by name, and then saves the driver name once it's registered.
Internally to the registration code, g_dnl_do_config() is called and
attempts to compare the composite device's name with the list of known
device names. This fails since the composite device's name has not yet
been stored. This means that the first time "ums 0 0" is run, it fails,
but subsequent attempts succeed.

Re-order the name-saving and registration code to solve this.

75504e9592 usb: dfu: fix boards wo USB cable detection
Former usb_cable_connected() patch broke compilation of boards which do
not support this feature.

I've renamed usb_cable_connected() to g_dnl_usb_cable_connected() and added
its default implementation to gadget downloader driver code. There's
only one driver of this kind and it's unlikely there'll be another, so
there's no point in keeping it in /common.

Previously this function was declared in usb.h. I've moved it, since
it's more appropriate to keep it in g_dnl.h - usb.h seems to be intended
for USB host implementation.

Existing code, confronted with default -EOPNOTSUPP return value,
continues as if the cable was connected.

CONFIG_USB_CABLE_CHECK was removed.
