Simon Glass	fc843a02ac	Kconfig: Add a CONFIG_IDE option ... At present IDE support is controlled by CONFIG_CMD_IDE. Add a separate CONFIG_IDE option so that IDE support can be enabled without requiring the 'ide' command. Simon Glass	2e192b245e	Remove the cmd_ prefix from command files ... Now that they are in their own directory, we can remove this prefix. This makes it easier to find a file since the prefix does not get in the way.
