83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

b1e6c4c3d4 Fix references to the documentation files
Many boot image configuration files refer to the
appropriate documentation file, but these references
contain typos in the directory and file name. Fix
them. Also fix reference to doc/README.SPL file.

2472216cac arm/km: fix memory settings
On kmcoge5un we faced some serious problems with the memory during
temperature tests. Reason was that we overwrite some registers for
memory settings which have to leave untouched. These where registers
0x20148 , 0x2014c and 0x20154.
So writing these registers is prohibited and this patch removes them
from all km related config files. Even if the problem was only
seen on kmcoge5un.

1ebbb77a19 km_arm: change some register values for SDRAM initialization
These new values are:
- enables UART0 and UART1 pins in MPP
- define some L2 cache settings
- changes a SDRAM timing to better fit the hardware
- removed three writes that were the same as the reset values

67fa8c25f5 arm: add support for the suen3 board from keymile
Add support for the ARM part of the mgcoge2, named suen3.
This board is based on the Marvell Kirkwood (88F6281) SoC.
As there come more board variants, common config options
are collected in include/configs/km_arm.h. Also, this board
use common code for all keymile boards, which is stored in
board/keymile/common/common.c
