It is easier and less error-prone to use super() when the parent type is
needed. Update binman to remove the type names.

At present binman sets the python path on startup so that it can access
the libraries it needs. If we convert to use absolute imports this is not
necessary.
Move binman to use absolute imports. This enables removable of the path
adjusting in Entry also.

Add an entry type which can hold a Chrome OS EC.
To make this work a new entry type is created, which supports getting a
blob filename from the command line.
