Images are created
mkimage -f fit.its -E download-fit-external.ub
and test expects these entries.
env__fpga_under_test = {

"mkimage_fit_external": download-fit-external.ub",
"mkimage_fit_external_size": xxxxx,
...
}
Test download file and loads it to fpga.

Some tests have ended up using double quotes where single quotes could be
used. Adjust this for consistency with the rest of U-Boot's Python code.

Add support for info, load, loadp, loadb, loadbp, loadmk_legacy,
loadmk_legacy_gz, loadmk_fit, loadfs also with variable support.
There are probably missing failed tests.
