2fb2604d5c Command usage cleanup 
Remove command name from all command "usage" fields and update
common/command.c to display "name - usage" instead of
just "usage". Also remove newlines from command usage fields.

135f553453 keymile add the common parts of the HDLC driver 
This implements the ICN protocol used across the backplane and is
needed by all the keymile boards.
