Commit 7a777f6d6f ("mmc: Add generic Kconfig option") created
a Kconfig entry for this option without any actual moves, then
commit 44c798799f ("sunxi: Use Kconfig CONFIG_MMC") moved
instances only for SUNXI.
We generally do not like such partial moves. This kind of work
is automated by tools/moveconfig.py, so it is pretty easy to
complete this move.
I am adding "default ARM || PPC || SANDBOX" (suggested by Tom).
This shortens the configs and will ease new board porting.
This commit was created as follows:
[1] Edit Kconfig (remove the "depends on", add the "default",
copy the prompt and help message from Linux)
[2] Run 'tools/moveconfig.py -y -s -r HEAD MMC'

This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

Revert commit 7a2c1b13 which dropped OpenRD boards.
Assume maintainership of OpenRD.
Remove OpenRD from scrapyard.
Switch OpenRD to generic board.
Switch to Thumb build.

them from include/configs.

Becuase the board select menu in arch/arm/Kconfig is too big,
move the KirkWood board select menu to kirkwood/Kconfig.
Consolidate also common settings (CONFIG_SYS_CPU="arm926ejs" and
CONFIG_SYS_SOC="kirkwood").

Set CONFIG_BOARD_SIZE_LIMIT so we'll notice at build time if U-Boot
has grown so large that it would overlap with the environment area in
flash, rather than bricking the device at run-time on first saveenv.

Though the OpenRD-Base only has one gigabit Ethernet port,
both the OpenRD-Client and OpenRD-Ultimate each have two.
On the Ultimate, the PHY addresses are consecutive, but
on the Client they are not.
