47539e2317 kirkwood: kconfig: refactor Kconfig and defconfig
Becuase the board select menu in arch/arm/Kconfig is too big,
move the KirkWood board select menu to kirkwood/Kconfig.

Consolidate also common settings (CONFIG_SYS_CPU="arm926ejs" and
CONFIG_SYS_SOC="kirkwood").

2475367670 km-powerpc: define CONFIG_PRAM to protect PHRAM and PNVRAM
When u-boot initializes the RAM (early in boot) it looks for the "pram"
env variable to know which is area it cannot use. If the "pram" env variable
is not found, the default CONFIG_PRAM value is used.

This value used to be 0 (no protection at all). This patch sets it to a
value that covers PHRAM and PNVRAM that must be protected in our case.

18794944c6 kmp204x: selftest/factory test pin support
This patch defines the post_hotkeys_pressed() function that is used for:
- triggering POST memory regions test
- starting the test application through the checktestboot command in
a script by setting the active bank to testbank

The post_hotkeys_pressed return the state of the SELFTEST pin.

The patch moves from the complete POST-memory test that is too long in
its SLOW version for our production HW test procedure to the much shorter
POST-memory-regions test.

Finally, the unused #defines for the not so relevant mtest command are
removed.

b1c2a7ae32 arm/km: define fdt_high env variable and allow backwards compatibility
Add set_fdthigh subcommand to "subbootcmds" (release) so to set "fdt_high"
This is necessary on Kirkwood so that the FDT does not get relocated
above the memory limit that the kernel cannot access
(that is the memory part reserved for the switch).
This was tested on NUSA1, where it is necessary, and on ETER1, where it
doesn't seem to hurt.

We want the scripts to also work with older versions of u-boot, where:
a) set_fdthigh is not defined (will be default env for newer u-boots)
b) the fdt will not be available

For this reason, we use "set_fdthigh" to tell whether we are running
a newer (FDT-aware) u-boot or not.
So if "set_fdthigh" runs successfully or arch != arm we try loading
the fdt; otherwise we proceed normally.

Notice how, contrary to release mode, set_fdthigh will _not_ be part of
subbootcmds for develop and ramfs, but will be executed as part of
"tftpfdt".

Since this is only needed for kirkwood cards, and it prevents the kernel
from booting on QorIQ (though it seemed to work on ETER1), we change
its definition in the default env for powerpc so that the value is only
set on ARM.

7b2268b88f arm/km: enable FDT for km_kirwkood

d) Defining "tftpfdt" in ramfs-,develop- [arm,powerpc >= common]

This should work with 3.10 kernels, whether loaded through TFTP

f3e74d0a9f kmp204x: I2C deblocking support
This patch adds support for using some GPIOs that are connected to the
I2C bus to force the bus lines state and perform some bus deblocking
sequences.

The KM common deblocking algorithm from board/keymile/common/common.c is
used. The GPIO lines used for deblocking the I2C bus are some external
GPIOs provided by the QRIO CPLD:
  - SCL = GPIOA_20
  - SDA = GPIOA_21

The QRIO GPIOs act in an open-drain-like manner, for 0 the line is
driven low and for 1 the GPIO is set as input and the line gets
pulled-up.

877bfe37dc mpc85xx: introduce the kmp204x reference design support
This patch introduces the support for Keymile's kmp204x reference
design. This design is based on Freescale's P2040/P2041 SoC.

The peripherals used by this design are:
- DDR3 RAM with SPD support
- SPI NOR Flash as boot medium
- NAND Flash
- 2 PCIe busses (hosts 1 and 3)
- 3 FMAN Ethernet devices (FMAN1 DTSEC1/2/5)
- 3 Local Bus windows, with one dedicated to the QRIO reset/power mgmt
  FPGA
- 2 HW I2C busses
- last but not least, the mandatory serial port

The board/keymile/kmp204x code is mostly based on Freescale's P2041rdb
support and was changed according to our design (that means essentially
removing what is not present on the designs and a few adaptations).

There is currently only one prototype board that is based on this design
and this patch also introduces it. The board is called kmlion1.

c471d84808 arm/km: remove calls to kw_gpio_* in board_early_init_f
These functions tried to access two static tables before relocation
(board_early_init_f is executed before relocation). But these static
tables lie in the bss section which is not valid before relocation.
These accesses then overwrote some parts of u-boot binary before it was
relocated. For the kmnusa build, this results in a corrupted important
env variable (bootcmd) but it may be that some other parts of the u-boot
binary are corrupted.

This patch solves this problem by moving all the kw_gpio_* calls to
board_init, which should be early enough in the boot sequence. The only
calls that could not be moved is the one for the SOFT (bitbang) I2C, and
they have been replaced by a direct access to the GPIO dataout Control
register to set the two GPIOs as output.

b37f772433 arm/km: enable BOCO2 FPGA download support
This adds a first support of the FPGA download for a PCIe FPGA based
on the BOCO2 CPLD.

This takes place in 3 steps, all done accessing the SPICTRL reg of the
BOCO2:
1) start the FPGA config with an access to the FPGA_PROG bit
2) later in the boot sequence, wait for the FPGA_DONE bit to toggle to 1
for the end of the FPGA configuration (with a timeout)
3) reset the FPGA
4) finally remove the access to its config EEPROM from the FPGA so that
the CPU can update the FPGA configuration when the kernel is running

The boards with a PCIe FPGA but without BOCO2 still are supported.

The config option name is CONFIG_KM_FPGA_CONFIG

cf73639d32 km/common: add support for second flash
Add support for a second flash.
By default, a single flash chip is set up:
- called 'boot'
- mtd name for ubi 'ubi0'
MTDIDS and MTDPARTS may be overwritten to add a second flash.
The 'ubiattach' command is featured in two versions:
- if CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_APP is not defined:
this is the version as up to now
- if CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_APP is defined:
a check on 'actual_bank' will be done to determine the flash to boot
  from.

Use CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_BOOT and
CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_APP to define where to put the bootloader
and the applications.

Example:
In the board config do:
... snip ...

       "boot:" \
               "768k(u-boot)," \
               "128k(env)," \
               "128k(envred)," \
               "-(" CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_BOOT ");" \
       "app:" \
               "-(" CONFIG_KM_UBI_PARTITION_NAME_APP ");"

... snap ...

/* additional featured for COGE5 */

8519d18035 km/common: use u-boot.kwb for u-boot update function on arm
Now we use the standard u-boot make to build the Kirkwood binary.
The output file is u-boot.kwb. So use this name for the tftp
update function to avoid confusion, because this is the binary we
need on Kirkwood.

b648bfc212 km/common: simplify debug environment
The debug environment which is stored in textfiles in the
scripts directory was reworked. Two usecase are now present
which can be executed simply from the default environment:
run develop: this configures the environment to setup the
             rootfs via nfs
run ramfs: this configures the environment to setup the
           rootfs in ram

Each architecture now has a "arch" variable which is used
to load the architecture specific debug scripts and to set
the rootpath for NFS.

db0bb572d1 km/common: rework and simplify default environment
This is the second step to simplify and decrease the default
environment for the keymile boards. The release usecase formaly
used to set the production environment was removed and the default
configuration is now the production environment. So the formar
environment variable "release" which has done a lot of things
in the past, simply erase the current environment and do a reset
which forces u-boot to setup the default environment again.

b5befd8211 arm/km: fix u-boot.kwb build breakage
commit 010a958b
(arm/km: remove CONFIG_SYS_KWD_CONFIG from keymile-common.h)
breaks building keymile arm targets, when u-boot.kwb tries to
generate the binary with mkimage. A simple make <board> or MAKEALL
succeeded because it don't try to build the kirwood binary at the end.

Due this commit we use the CONFIG_SYS_KWD_CONFIG from the
arch-kirkwood/config.h and it was removed from the board config.
But it was forgotten to include the header. Now the header is included
in km_arm.h. Some other defines were obsolete due to this include,
these are also removed in this commit.
