86c915628d riscv: Change phys_addr_t and phys_size_t to 64-bit
phys_addr_t and phys_size_t are currently defined as `unsigned long`,
but RV32 supports 34-bit physical address, hence both phys_addr_t and
phys_size_t should be defined to 64-bit using `unsigned long long`.

5af3574f6a riscv: Add DMA 64-bit address support
dma_addr_t holds any valid DMA address. If the DMA API only uses 32/64-bit
addresses, dma_addr_t need only be 32/64 bits wide.

b2c860c6dc riscv: fix use of incorrectly sized variables
The RISC-V arch incorrectly uses 32-bit instead of 64-bit variables in
several places. Fix this.
In addition, BITS_PER_LONG is set to 64 on RV64I systems.

3747bdbb2b arch: types.h: factor out fixed width typedefs to int-ll64.h
All architectures have the same definition for s8/16/32/64
and u8/16/32/64.

Factor out the duplicated code into <asm-generic/int-ll64.h>.

BTW, Linux unified the kernel space definition into int-ll64.h
a few years ago as you see in Linux commit 0c79a8e29b5f
("asm/types.h: Remove include/asm-generic/int-l64.h").
