6eb9932668 binman: Support alignment of files 
When packing files it is sometimes useful to align the start of each file,
e.g. if the flash driver can only access 32-bit-aligned data. Provides a
new property to support this.

741f2d620c binman: Move to three-digit test-file numbers 
We now have 99 tests. Before adding any more, rename everything to three
digits. This helps to preserve the ordering of tests and makes it easier
to find things.
