Albert ARIBAUD	3562936373	Revive OpenRD targets ... Revert commit 7a2c1b13 which dropped OpenRD boards. Assume maintainership of OpenRD. Remove OpenRD from scrapyard. Switch OpenRD to generic board. Mike Frysinger	464c79207c	punt unused clean/distclean targets ... The top level Makefile does not do any recursion into subdirs when cleaning, so these clean/distclean targets in random arch/board dirs never get used. Punt them all.
