99de254e8d bcm2835 video: Map fb as cached
The bcm2835 frame buffer is in RAM, so we can easily map it as cached and gain
all the glorious performance boost that brings with it.

1382648b6b video: bcm2835: use bus_to_phys() on FB address
The FB address is generated by the firmware running on the GPU/VideoCore
and is a "bus" address. This address is the other side of an IOMMU from
the ARM upon which U-Boot is running. Use bus_to_phys() to convert this
to an ARM physical address. Without this, U-Boot seems to work just fine,
but once the Linux kernel boots on an RPi2, accessing the FB memory often
causes a hard system hang.

cf92e05c01 Move ALLOC_CACHE_ALIGN_BUFFER() to the new memalign.h header
Now that we have a new header file for cache-aligned allocation, we should
move the stack-based allocation macro there also.

927753aeb9 ARM: bcm283x: Allocate all mailbox buffers cacheline aligned
The mailbox buffer is required to be at least 16 bytes aligned, but for
cache invalidation and/or flush it needs to be cacheline aligned.
Use ALLOC_CACHE_ALIGN_BUFFER for all mailbox buffer allocations.

44376eff25 video: bcm2835: respect the pitch value
Depending on the firmware's video options [1] the active SDTV or
HDTV mode can yield a framebuffer with noncontiguous horizontal lines,
giving a messed up display, for both, u-boot and the loaded kernel.

Fix this by setting lcd_line_length to the pitch value of the configured
framebuffer.

1d3dea12e2 video: bcm2835: fix build issues
After merging LCD patches for v2013.04 the bcm2835 video
driver building is broken due to removal of many global
variables. Fix the driver.

6be3c9fca2 video: add a driver for the bcm2835
The firmware running on the bcm2835 SoC's VideoCore CPU manages the
display controller. Add a simple "LCD" driver that communicates with the
firmware using the property mailbox protocol. This configures the
display and frame-buffer to match whatever physical resolution the
firmware chosen when booting, which is typically the native resolution
of the attached display device, presumably unless otherwise specified
in config.txt on the boot media.

Enable this driver in the Raspberry Pi board configuration.
