14453fbfad Convert CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_* to Kconfig 
This converts the following to Kconfig:
  CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_BUS
  CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_CS
  CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_MODE
  CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_SPEED

I use moveconfig script and then manual check on generated u-boot.cfg
to solve the remaining issue.

467877341a rockchip: rk3399: Add Ficus EE board support 
Add board support for Ficus EE board from Vamrs. This board utilizes
common Rock960 family support.

Following peripherals are tested and known to work:
* Gigabit Ethernet
* USB 2.0
* MMC
