afcd645794 sound: Allow audio codecs to be used by other SoCs 
At present there is still some samsung-specific code in the audio codecs.
Remove it so that these can be used by other SoCs.

9a7210f6a4 sound: Add a driver for max98088 
This chip is used by spring. Add a driver for it and update the
samsung_sound driver to pick it up.
