Simon Glass	61b29b8268	dm: core: Require users of devres to include the header ... At present devres.h is included in all files that include dm.h but few make use of it. Also this pulls in linux/compat which adds several more headers. Drop the automatic inclusion and require files to include devres themselves. Lukas Auer	8b3e97badf	riscv: add functions for reading the IPI status ... Add the function riscv_get_ipi() for reading the pending status of IPIs. The supported controllers are Andes' Platform Level Interrupt Controller (PLIC), the Supervisor Binary Interface (SBI), and SiFive's Core Local Interruptor (CLINT). Bin Meng	644a3cd77e	riscv: Add a SYSCON driver for SiFive's Core Local Interruptor ... This adds U-Boot syscon driver for SiFive's Core Local Interruptor (CLINT). The CLINT block holds memory-mapped control and status registers associated with software and timer interrupts. This driver implements the riscv_get_time() API as required by the generic RISC-V timer driver, as well as some other APIs that are needed for handling IPI.
