So far we were defining a somewhat confusing PHYS_SDRAM_1_SIZE variable,
which originally was only used for setting the memtest boundaries. This
definition in highbank.h has been removed about a year ago (moved to
Kconfig), so we also don't need the hard-coded size definition any longer.
Get rid of the misleading memory size definition, which was actually wrong
anyway (it's 4088 MB for those machines with just 4GB of DRAM).

To squash that nasty warning message and make better use of the newly
gained OF_CONTROL feature, let's convert the calxedagmac driver to the
"new" driver model.
The conversion is pretty straight forward, mostly just adjusting the
use of the involved data structures.
The only actual change is the required split of the receive routine into
a receive and free_pkt part.
Also this allows us to get rid of the hardcoded platform information and
explicit init calls.
This also uses the opportunity to wrap the code decoding the MMIO
register base address, to make it safe for using PHYS_64BIT later.

All Calxeda machines are actually a poster book example of device tree
usage: the DT is loaded from flash by the management processor into
DRAM, the memory node is populated with the detected DRAM size and this
DT is then handed over to the kernel.
So it's a shame that U-Boot didn't participate in this chain, but
fortunately this is easy to fix:
Define CONFIG_OF_CONTROL and CONFIG_OF_BOARD, and provide a trivial
function to tell U-Boot about the (fixed) location of the DTB in DRAM.
Then enable DM_SERIAL, to let the PL011 driver pick up the UART platform
data from the DT. Also define AHCI, to bring this driver into the driver
model world as well.

So far on Highbank/Midway machines U-Boot only ever uses 512MB of DRAM,
even though the machines have typically 4GB and 8GB, respectively.
That means that so far we didn't need an extra limit for placing the DTB
and initrd, as the 512MB are lower than the kernel's limit ("lowmem",
typically 768MB).
With U-Boot now needing to learn about the actual memory size (to
correctly populate the EFI memory map), it might relocate fdt and initrd
to the end of DRAM, which is out of reach of the kernel.
So add limiting values to the fdt_high and initrd_high environment
variables, to prevent U-Boot from using too high addresses.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

CONFIG_SYS_[DI]CACHE_OFF had been partially converted to Kconfig
parameters; only for the ARC architecture. This patch turns these two
parameters into Kconfig items everywhere else they are found.
All of the include/configs/* and defconfig changes in this patch are
for arm machines only. The Kconfig changes for arc, nds32, riscv,
and xtensa have been included since these symbols are found in code
under arch/{arc,nds32,riscv,xtensa}, however, no currently-defined
include/configs/* or defconfigs for these architectures exist which
include these symbols.
These results have been confirmed with tools/moveconfig.py.

- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

This converts the following to Kconfig:

We have existing entries for this option in a number of places, with
different guards on them. They're also sometimes used for things not
directly inside of the serial driver. First, introduce a new symbol to
guard the use of CONFIG_CONS_INDEX, so that in the case where we don't
need this for the serial driver, but for some other use, we can still do
it. Next, consolidate all of these into the single entry in
drivers/serial/Kconfig. Finally, introduce CONS_INDEX_[023456] so that
we can imply a correct value here to make the defconfig side of this
smaller.

Migrate the users of CONFIG_SYS_BOOTCOUNT_ADDR to Kconfig. We can
provide a default for BOOTCOUNT_AM33XX as that's a specific part of the
RTC in use. We can also provide a default for ARCH_LS1043A and
ARCH_LS1021A as they had been previously calculated and their symbols
are in Kconfig. In the case of other QE-enabled platforms, they are not
so we must update the relevant defconfig files. The previous default
only applied in some cases, even on a specific SoC family.

On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current
values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers.
I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave
that to maintainers.

Today, we have cases where we wish to build all of U-Boot in Thumb2 mode for
various reasons. We also have cases where we only build SPL in Thumb2 mode due
to size constraints and wish to build the rest of the system in ARM mode. So
in this migration we introduce a new symbol as well, SPL_SYS_THUMB_BUILD to
control if we build everything or just SPL (or in theory, just U-Boot) in
Thumb2 mode.

We repeated partial moves for CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH, but this is
not completed. Finish this work by the tool.
During this move, let's rename it to CONFIG_MTD_NOR_FLASH.
Actually, we have more instances of "#ifndef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH"
than those of "#ifdef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH". Flipping the logic will
make the code more readable. Besides, negative meaning symbols do
not fit in obj-$(CONFIG_...) style Makefiles.
This commit was created as follows:

There are already two FIT options in Kconfig but the CONFIG options are
still in the header files. We need to do a proper move to fix this.
Move these options to Kconfig and tidy up board configuration:

Unfortunately the first one is a little complicated. We need to make sure

image.h file. To solve this, add a new IMAGE_USE_FIT #define which can
be used in files that are built on the host but must also build for U-Boot
and SPL.
Note: Masahiro's moveconfig.py script is amazing.

We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.
all the boards have been converted except OpenRISC, SuperH, SPARC,
which have not supported Generic Board framework yet.
Select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD in arch/Kconfig and delete all the macro
defines in include/configs/*.h.

On the highbank platform the SoC's management controller firmware
will probe the DRAM modules and populates the initial device tree with
the correct values. Therefore the memory sizes in the DT are already
correct, so remove U-Boot's DRAM bank setup so the memory node is not
"fixed up" by u-boot.

libata already has similar functions as implemented in the ahci code.
Refactor the code to use the libata variants and remove the dependency on
ata.h. Convert some defines to use the version from libata.h. Also, remove
some unnecessary memset's of bss data.
This is a step toward hopefully merging ahci.c and dw_ahsata.c which are
essentially the same driver.

Accessing powered down peripherals will hang the bus, so check power
domain status before initializing SATA and fixup the FDT to disable

CONFIG_STACKSIZE is not referenced anywhere except on AVR32, but present
in most ARM board config files.
IRQs are only enabled for 1 config, so remove the unused config options
for IRQ and FIQ stack size as well.
