At present we use the empty string to indicate that there is no FIT
generator, but this doesn't allow an individual board to undefine it.
Create a separate bool instead.
Update the config of the boards which currently have an empty string.

MTD support must be enabled when using mtdparts. Indeed, functions
like get_mtd_info(), get_mtd_device() and put_mtd_device() are in
drivers/mtd/mtd_uboot.c and are built only with CONFIG_MTD.

Both symbols must be enabled when there is a raw NAND driver
selected. Also enable them when CONFIG_CMD_NAND is selected to avoid
breaking things when we'll further rework the MTD dependency
description.

Today in initr_reloc_global_data() we use some non-obvious tests to
determine if we need to relocate the env_addr within gd or not. In
order to facilitate migration of other symbols to Kconfig we need to
introduce a new symbol for this particular use case.

This converts the following to Kconfig:

This partly involves updating code that assumes that CONFIG_SPI implies
things that are specific to the MPC8xx SPI driver. For now, just update
the CONFIG tests. This also involves reworking the default for
CONFIG_SYS_DEF_EEPROM_ADDR so that we don't set it when we cannot make a
reasonable default, as it does not cause any compile failures.

The am335x_hs_evm runs into size constraint problems at times with
various toolchains as changes come in due to the config have a large
number of options in SPL (to showcase what is possible) while also
having rather constrained binary limits. Gain some of this room back by
lowering the loglevel, disabling HW partition support and switching over
to the tiny FIT image support.

The g_dnl USB settings for the vendor ID, product ID and manufacturer are
actually common settings that can and should be shared by all the gadgets.
Make them common by renaming them, and convert all the users.

On ARCH_OMAP2PLUS platforms we know what the DDR layout is going to be,
and that it is safe to use SPL_STACK_R and provide a default value for
it. select this and re-sync the defconfigs.
