ARM: uniphier: compute SSCPLL values more precisely
Use DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST(). To make the JK value even more precise, I used a bigger coefficient, then divide it by 512. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.masahiro@socionext.com>
