km: clean up header files for KM Kirkwood boards

Browse Source 
Remove unused preprocessor definitions and comments of already eliminated
code.

The Ethernet driver configuration is already declared in
arch/arm/mach-kirkwood/include/mach/config.h and, therefore, superfluous.
